Australia - a dream destination for everyone

I have been traveling a lot for my 24 years of age, I have seen a lot of places and met a lot of people during those travels. I was in Germany for over a month - Berlin, Munich, Saarbrucken,... I have spent days in one of the most romantic cities on this side of the Earth - Paris... I spent a week in the gorgeous (and a little bit humid ) Venice, I have visited the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx and the museums in Egypt... I am not saying I have seen it all, it is impossible to see and experience fully all of these places. But I have seen and experience a fair part of that life. And yet the place I really want to visit is Australia, my dream destination. Why? Where should I begin? Relax in the sub-tropical paradise of Noosa, with no building higher then the trees. Watch koalas and exotic birdlife in the trees just outside of your window. Hike in the Noosa National Park, or just work on your tan on the pristine beaches. Nature and relaxation are not on your list? No problem, there is always the night-life of Sydney. The Sydney Festival, 10 - 31 January, is one of the most visited cultural event in Australia.Tree weeks of music, dancing, theater and outdoor concerts. You are a sports fan? The Australian open (19 January - 1 February 2009) brings the world's best tennis players in Melbourne. More the 500 000 people attend one of the biggest sporting events in Australia. Want more action? The Australian Formula 1 Grand Prix will be a feast for the senses in March 2009. Sitting around is not your style either? How about go surfing? It is said that Australia is home of the best places to surf. Hundreds of miles of beaches, warm clear water and big waves - a paradise for every surfer. How about diving? Explore shipwrecks and marine technology, go diving in the Great reef -over 2000 kilometers of coral reef, one of the biggest living organisms on this planet, filled with beautiful, exotic tropical life. There are so many things to see, so many things to do and experience, a one or two week vacation will only scratch the suffice. And lets face it - there aren't many people who can afford those. But I want to experience all of the above. And if you probably want that too. So I have done a little digging and found that a Working Holiday Visa is the best way to go. The visa allows you to stay for whole 12 months, more then enough time to visit and experience all of the above. Apart form travel it also gives you the opportunity to fund your stay by finding temporary employment. Travel agents and companies like Visafirst can help you with your visa as well as assist you with opening an Australian Bank account, work course registration and registering for a Tax File Number for tax purposes. And since you are going to pay taxes don't forget to apply for your Australian Tax Refund Enjoy your stay in Australia - a dream destination for every traveler!
